I’m a Registered Dietitian & Registered Nutritionist who has dedicated the last decade to supporting people with weight management and long-term health conditions (Prediabetes/Type 2 Diabetes, PCOS, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Gut Disorders etc.).For years, weight loss has been framed as a matter of willpower.
